party shoes (パーティのかかと)

Partying is cool. Many of us would like to stand out or be there with the crowds or groups, and our outfit just might be able to do that, but what about our shoes? The shoe is with our outfit, and it might even be cool enough to have a style of its own. Shoes that have highlighting aspects are great for conquering our personal party atmosphere. Here we find ourselves attempting to use this idea by applying a belt to heel sandals, and with the wood layer style of the heel, we are successful in standing out. The belt of a heel sandal or pump is a great highlighting aspect that can almost always win the day when wanting to handle the party your own way style wise. Wide belt makes good use of the buckle, so using it as a highlighting aspect is not a problem at all. For a simple win, the Bijou style sandals can fit you in perfectly, and you won’t need to worry about your shoe’s highlighting element. The bijou style has a good hold on many Japanese fashion brands, with many kinds of simplified interpretations of it. Another highlighting aspect of a shoe can also be found in solid color pointed toe heels which is much easier than pinpointing it on heel sandals or pumps. The color of it is simply the highlighting aspect, allowing you to fit your shoes and outfit towards a party. Solid color pumps are an awesome display of highlight aspect, and it works even better if you can find solid colors that have design additions to the shoe.

If we wanted something a little different for a party, then we can take a look at more flamboyant designs that have been purchased before in Japan, like the use of fur on shoes, pumps, and heels, and art heel designs. These type of designs are more popular with a younger crowd obviously or for specific events. What’s important though is that the design of the shoe illustrates a style that can be successfully used in parties. Specific heel toe designs that work well with the rest of the shoe will also win in many cases because of how easy it is to illustrate the highlight element. We should think about if our heels have an exciting point, or a sleek point that would cause others to think about our fashion at a party. Making a good impression from your fashion is awesome, so it’s a good thing to take the time to feel out which brands have shoes that are considerate towards party scenes.

lace-up shoes (レースアップパンプス)

Lace-up shoes or pumps are rarely seen out in public, but in Japan this type of shoe is actually very common because of how trendy they are and for their availability during different seasons. The lace-up shoe are an awesome trend item that has very little to do with comfort sometimes, but a lot to do with stability and with the flex of your feminine muscles. They are a good addition to your shoe collection, especially if they are going to be your only pair of shoes that use string/laces. The lace-up shoe is truly feminine item – design wise the lace-up shoe is considerate about delicate feet but doesn’t care about the time required to finish the lacing or tying of it. It can take some time to deal with and choosing a color for your pair is also no easy matter, although most people usually choose beige, dark colors, or black. The lace-up shoe can come in things other than a solid color though, like a motif, design theme, or even full leather material with a zipper or back laces for a sleek styling on the back of the shoe. Combined with denim or dress/skirt, the lace-up shoe is capable of sending a message about your style and is impression perfect. In terms of the anatomy of the foot, the lace-up pump can reveal the thickness and color of the foot and use of the line formations of toes will make the feet look cute overall. The shape of the foot within a lace-up shoe is a focus point when purchasing or looking over lace-up pumps because of the use of a pointed tip that’s common with a lot of lace-up type styles. Be careful though, the lace-up pump could also make your feet look like roasted pork and become the cause of swollen feet. Roasted pork is a cute look on the foot, but in reality it takes about as much time to get over as it does lacing up a great pair of lace-up shoes.

pedicure (ペディキュア)

Japanese pedicure styles are created from design and theme, with many pedicures beginning with stone and jewel formations on the toenail. A closeup of pedicures will reveal at least one toe styled in a design shape with jewelry as apart of the structure, as well as a top that is coated in holograms. Hologram is the definition of cute Japanese feet, and are done with gel and amazing precision on all of the toes or in a particular thumb toe style. With such a long history of pedicure, there have been many styles that have came up over time and have been considered classic, like jet red nail polish and matching pattern with a toe ring. Famous styles are things that have the tendency to illustrate bone structure, show the successful use of unique or uncommon colors (green), or how the polish fits with the skin on the foot as a whole, so it’s no surprise that on a Japanese foot something simple like the jet red nail polish could be such a popular hit.

Season is considered with the pedicure and so we also have to consider which kind of shoes to wear for it. The sandal is probably our best bet, with the continued use of belted sandal or strapped sandals to show off beautiful feet of any size. Belted keep the barefoot look hidden away, but are good enough for illustration, while strapped sandals reveal the barefoot and pedicure. The pedicure isn’t confined to just the sandal, and can reveal itself in more mature ways with the open toe pump and wedge straps, which is a good look for dealing with adult colors or complex color designs at the toes. The matching of the shoe with pedicure is also another type of illustration that can bring unity to a foot shoe combo.

Overall, fashionable comes from how our pedicure could transform and how we deal with it over time. Our feet come and go through all types of settings, so it’s important to consider how our pedicure will look out in the open. To paint it is one thing, but even then there’s a feeling of form and mood – how it looks and how it looks all the time. Impression connects to the feeling of a good pedicure, and a good pedicure has sharp attention to details among other things like remembering how we painted it and the reflection after. Japanese colors are particularly good at taking on themes and how the pedicure can meet high levels of expressiveness, from the beauty of a sea resort to a midnight tint forest.

miss id (ミスiD)

Miss id is a Japanese audition project held every year that has talent from ages 12 to 35 years of age. It’s also the home of a variety of shoe styles and shoe brands. For example, converse & plimsoll shoes are popular with the miss id contestants because of the shoe’s ability to handle various kinds of activity like walking long pathways of sidewalk as well as looking cute in picture poses. Favorite is a word that we can find on the instagrams of many miss id contestants when it comes to plimsoll, Adidas type of shoes. A liking for these styles is something that many of the contestants and their followers have in common. Whether going out to eat or taking a stroll through Tokyo’s public transit system, plimsolls allow them to keep going. Lightweight is a quality that many of the contestants enjoy, and with plimsoll shoes, their foot and body movements are the one and only guide. Sneakers are number one with girls, with jet black & platform shoes coming in at a close second for many contestants along with high heels & designer brands. The high heel is a remarkable thing for many of the younger contestants, who become filled with joy whenever they have the chance to practice wearing them with their favorite outfits, and presses them to try even more new items.

With all of the running around and impulse shopping that some of the Miss ID contestants do, how do they manage to stick around and keep up with the day? There were so many complaints on how sore and tired their feet were that the remedy to many of their daily situations dealt with leg and foot massages or in one case someone had a thing for lymphatic massage on their foot and taking care of swollen or bloated legs. Being self–conscious of the body is such a frequent thing with them that you’d think that some of the Miss ID contestants were professional athletes. Paying attention to the complexion, how short, beautiful, or soft your feet and legs are will simply put you in the winners circle though, or at least give you the mindset of these determined young girls. It takes a lot of work to be the best contestant you can be, and a lot of socks 🙂

ベルトサンダル (belt sandals)

Belt sandals are things that mark the territory with complete comfort – your comfort. For the feet, they send the message that you either have to love them or leave them. In Japan, the belt sandals are always a statement of love with comfort, although there have been some who have bought the cork sole platform heels to turn the comfort into a nice walk. What’s unique and appealing to the western eye is the use of color and belt materials on the shoe, which might remind someone of a seat belt or straps from a ride if it isn’t synthetic or cowhide leather. However obvious belt sandals may look out in the public, they are an item that can be worn multiple times in combination with other fashions. It’s great to use when you’re not interested in thinking about the bottom or are into showing off bigger feet, as the belt sandals will give worked feet a beautiful display. We’ve seen them used with both jean skirts, shirt blouses, simple black and wide pants. Some may find these type of shoes unattractive, but the simplicity when used with the other parts of the outfit allows the attention to be taken off of one thing and onto other aspects of the outfit, plus it reveals the belt material as a culture element that sometimes has socks and fur included. Belt sandals are a look into East Asian comfort levels, and when it comes to complete outfits, the straps are the final destination for the wearer 100% of the time. Belt and sole sandals should make the wearer cozy right down to the bottom of their feet, because by wearing them it shows that busy is the last place you want to go – this time, your toes aren’t meant for a busy street but for marine, park sides, and closeted halls or rooms.

sock life

Socks should be socks at the end of the day, and stay that way. From the time someone wakes up to the end of one day, people shouldn’t have to worry about the alignment or how frustrating a sock could be. This applies to active people especially, and there’s even a shoe shop that agrees with me. A wonderful remedy back at the house is to make it so that the sock and shoe are one, or the socks are styled in ways that are similar to the shoe. It’s an interesting idea, because by making socks connect with something beautiful (like a shoe or a toe), we might be able to ignore the irritation factors to a great extent. Talk about a fashionholic/fashionista! Joking aside though, this worked well with toe socks. Of course, if you’re the busiest of worker bees, then you probably have went too fast while putting them on to even take notice of what i’m talking about, or maybe you ran into adjusting your socks a little too much once or twice when you got ready for work and thought about how irritating it could be.

The other way of dealing with this is to embrace holes or to simply get rid of the socks. Hole fashion for socks has never really been popular with anyone except the girlfriend/boyfriend, but to embrace (ignore) the holes outside of that is to have a wonderfully mean work ethic. Socks that are attached so closely to the shoe and forgotten about must be a reference to the most active of people, a great group to deal with in terms of movements and work. Sock-to-shoe combo could translate to I didn’t have the time because i’m too busy or a personal meaning, but back at the house it’s a fashion statement. One thing that people may miss though is the feeling of taking off your socks after a long day. For many people, especially females, taking off your socks may seem like a built in alert feature on the existence of sensitivity on your own foot, but this is probably lost with the button up design – something that expresses an ethic that never allows you to slip your socks off, but to be strapped in, only to be able to take them off (unbutton) them when your actions are fully complete.

Style is another thing that socks don’t really have, but gained over a long period of time. The coolness of the sock came up with its age and how old school it was perceived to be. School is one place where sock wearing is popular and standard. However, the realm of socks became innovated with the designs shown above, hoping to elevate them above the feet of students and young idol contestants. To wear a sock means to know where your place is and to be comfort with that, it’s something that physical education plays on often because in the morning, students wear socks as a part of their outfits and it identifies that they are a part of the physical education class. Design effort on socks should consider why socks are thought about with standardized outfits, and should be aware that the sock goes with everyday life and memories.

Let’s see if designer socks can keep up with the cozy, buddy, snug room presence of a regular ones.

日本人女性の足 (japanese female foot)

Characterized by a preference for long, skeletal, and/or slender phalanges, bone structure illustration, experience, and size, the female foot of Japan isn’t missing out on anything because it’s bigger, nor is being bigger taking away from how feminine they are. This point is emphasized throughout Japanese media showing foot size and how comfortable many artists are in different settings. Toenails can be seen as things that add to how beautiful a foot may be , while many are able to accommodate organic styling, according to how the nail exists on the foot. As far as foot endurance & sensitivity goes, watching people spend their time moving through the streets or in available media would have you think that the Japanese female foot has a thing for standing or moving for long hours at a time, only to be relaxed. The average Japanese day takes the female foot through a lot, since outside of the subway line, it always takes a decent amount of time to get to the next destination, and with corns, bruises, and wounds all there the Japanese female foot is considered with both beauty, attractiveness, and work in mind.

source: gathery.recruit-lifestyle.co.jp

Within one day, the condition of the foot can be reported in both visual and textual form – a condition that gives weight to the usefulness of online shopping and deciding whether or not to buy your newest shoes at a physical store instead. In Japan, the female foot really goes through this much. Someone knew about the color, why and what happened, and whether enough sweat was present to buy protection within their shoes. “High heels are the enemy” is a phrase that fits well with that part of the world, with many women reporting to foot clinics in order to fix ailments that were caused by wearing pumps to work. Hours of walking long distances and working can cause severe conditions to appear on the foot, so it is no wonder that the Japanese female knows so much about her own work shoes and the available brands. Orthodox styles are something that the Japanese female foot knows very well, with black pumps still being one of the most popular choices for work, especially in fields like hospitality and occasions like wedding and funerals. An amazing amount of economics the female foot creates!
